Call for Posters - CLOSED

The March of Dimes Perinatal Conference Committee invites you to participate in our inaugural poster session at the 2012 meeting. Authors (or presenters) are expected to attend viewing sessions to answer questions and provide additional information during designated times on both conference days. Poster topics should be relevant to perinatal nursing and may include research or initiatives from areas including but not limited to obstetrics, neonatology, public health or lactation support. Abstracts may report on any aspect of research, education, quality improvement initiative, or an evidence-based practice project.

Research abstracts should include:
Problem
Purpose
Theoretical Framework
Methodology
Results and Conclusions

Education, Quality Improvement and Evidence-Based Practice Projects should include:
Problem
Purpose
Development of Program
Implementation
Evaluation
Results

We will accept poster abstracts through January 9, 2012. Deadline extended to 5 p.m. on Monday, January 16th, 2012
NOTE: A 10% discount will be applied towards the registration fee for 2-two registrants per poster.

Notification of abstract acceptance will be in writing (e-mail) by:
January 23, 2012.

Note: If an abstract is accepted for presentation, conference registration and tuition, for at least one author, must be received no later than:
January 31st, 2012.
